    The Impact of the Real Estate Sector to the Economic Growth of Nigeria [Электронный ресурс] : студенческая научная работа / A. B. Falajiki. - Moscow : б.и., 2020. - 105 p. : ил., табл. - электронная библиотечная система «Университетская библиотека ONLINE», требуется авторизация. - Библиогр.: с. 100-104. - Б. ц.

Аннотация: The real estate sector offers a large prospective supply of growth for Nigeria. So far, the understanding of its composition and growth has been somewhat narrow to its essential use to Nigeria as a whole. Development is a common word that encompasses all aspects of human life, segments and disciplines, which give direction to the state of an economy. Globally, the real estate sector is one of the most profitable endeavours of every economy and one of the indices of measuring economic growth of a society. It is a sector that reflects the economic capability and sustainability of an economy and its poverty level. The real estate sector in Nigeria is as interesting as it is challenging. Interesting because of the numerous socio-economic potentials locked up in the sector but equally, it is challenging for the difficult tasks required to effectively unlock, release and exploit the huge economic potentials of the Nigerian Housing Sector.
